"Bunker" Skin for Vavra

Editor Skin for Vavra.

Vavra is part of the DSP56300 Emulation project.

"Bunker" is a Skin for the Editor version of Vavra.
There were complaints that the default 100% GUI size of Vavra was too big, hence the size of 1700x1000 px is decreased to 1445x850 px on the Bunker Skin.
An alternate file with original sizing is included, and you could also adjust that to whatever you'd like fairly easy, "how to" also inside.
